This project started the morning I got yelled at (actually, by a vagrant, so it was fun) for peeking into a window to see what business is moving into the old Chicken Noodle Soup store. That afternoon, I decided to take a closer look around that block and ended up taking a lot of window shots, hence my title.
Start at the bottom of the last page and scroll up if you are new to the site and want to see the pics in the order taken. That method is best for the multiple shots I took as I moved in closer to the place.
It's a fun way to learn more about Carrboro, NC. Also see izncarrboro.tumblr.com for eye imagery around town, a project that also started with the first shot in this set, but not included here.

Last outside shot before leaving once Carrboro’s free wifi goes down. These bikes always greet me in the morning, and they are here as I leave. The Open Eye is closed; time to go home.
Closing out the world and unaware the cafe has also closed.
Very open from the outside.
Amante’s Pizza (E. Main St.) Almost out of here!
I accidentally took a too-long nap, so I went out tonight (I posted these after midnight) to see what I usually miss in town. Here’s Cliff’s Meat Market: Open and Shut.
Ironically, Nice Price Books’s photography section is inside this window, and the book on which I focused, Photography for Dummies.
Carrburrito’s outside space.
No gate outside Gates of Beauty. The beautiful stuff must be inside.
Inside graffiti from outside Milltown’s gate.
I’m so glad they repaired this mural after someone damaged it; it’s one of my favorites. (Peacemaker’s)
